Technical Management

We undertake complete Technical Management of Vessel with the following minimum functions


  • Act as extension of Ship Owner & Manager
  • Establishing an Annual Operational Budget
  • Establishing a Planned Maintenance System
  • Attending major over hauls and dry docking and repairs whenever necessary
  • Supply of Stores and Spares and provide logistical support to the ship
  • Flag State and Classification Inspections/Surveys
  • PSC inspections, monitor and respond to PSC reports
  • Implementation of ISM & ISPS Code requirements.
  • Ensure vessel meets Owners and Charterers' technical, operational and commercial requirements for the trade and operates to their requirements
  • Assist the Casualty Contingency team in case of an emergency

  • Change of Flag / Class / Name
  • Survey and inspection for sale and purchase
  • Pre-Vetting Inspections
  • External ISM Vessel Audits
